Tijdens het proefveldbezoek werd er dieper ingegaan op de bewaring en voorkieming van kurkumarhizomen en de opstart van de teelt in West-Europese omstandigheden. Vervolgens brachten we ook een bezoek aan de pas opgestarte teelten op PCG. In het najaar van 2022, zal een tweede proefveldbezoek Kurkuma plaatsvinden waar we het teeltverloop zullen bespreken en enkele afzetmogelijkheden aan bod brengen.

During the trial visit, we took a closer look at the storage and pre-germination of curcuma rhizomes and the start-up of the cultivation in Western European conditions. Subsequently, we visited also the newly started cultivations on PCG. In the autumn of 2022, a second trial visit of curcuma will take place, where we will discuss the complete cultivation and discuss a number of sales opportunities.
